I submit my name for an appearance at the Stars for Charity and Battle of Detroit 2007 held on March 24, 2007 Saturday. I understand that I will be responsible for all my own costs for transportation,meals,lodging and any other cost associated with my appearance. I donate my time to meet and greet fans. Upon acceptance of this application by promoters I understand I will be assigned a table at event to sell memorabilia,pictures, autographs and the like and I will keep my proceeds. Event may use any and all photos to promote event now or at anytime.
