Agreement for Use

The undersigned applicant hereby applies for an exhibit space in the Stars for Charity and Battle of Detroit World Martial Arts Championship in conjunction with the Stars for Charity and Health Life Styles Event at University of Michigan Dearborn Gymnasium and is hereby subject to the rules, regulations and instructions of said event, and its agents. We have read and agree to abide by all instructions, exhibit information, and the rules and regulations, which are part of this agreement. PLEASE PRINT OR TYPE ONLY

All prices are in US funds. Balance is due upon booking. Limited amount of spaces available. Price include Saturday from 9am to 5pm 
All registrations are on a first come, first served basis. There are a limited amount of exhibit booth spaces available. No Food or Beverage vendors allowed. Exhibitors must submit a signed application contract, and the rules & regulations contract along with the payment. Checks or money orders only, made payable to Community Bridges. All funds are in US dollars.

Confirmation: Upon receipt of the exhibit contracts, a confirmation sheet and information will be forwarded to the vendor.

Cancellations: Vendors may cancel by giving written notice by registered mail to Community Bridges by January 1st 2007. Any refund, less a 30% administration fee, will be remitted only when a replacement vendor remits payment for the vacant space. There are no refunds for cancellations after January 1, 2007. Any exhibitor who does not follow the policies and regulations will immediately have their vendor privileges revoked without a refund.

Standard booth: 10x10 booth includes: a table (Maximum tables per booth is two), two chairs. No Additional decorating.electrical, water, phone, etc.services are available vendor must bring a table cloth for their table.

No guarantee of attendance numbers is made..

Regulations: Community Bridges reserves the right to decline, prohibit, or deny entry to any exhibit it feels is in violation of good character and the standards set forth by the expo. Distribution of advertising material and solicitation of any products are restricted to the designated exhibit booth areas only. The exhibitor must acknowledge that Community Bridges does not maintain insurance covering Exhibitor's property of the vendor and that it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain business interruption, property damage and other insurance covering such losses as Exhibitor may incur. Exhibitors wishing to make special security arrangements may do so at their own expense. No Exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of his assigned exhibit space. No person, firm, or organization not assigned to the exhibit space shall be permitted to solicit any business within the area of the show. All vendors must abide by all local health, safety, venue, and security regulations. The exhibit booth must be staffed by one person at all times. The expo reserves the right to modify or change the layout and floor plans. Exhibitors are responsible for all state income and sales taxes and are responsible for obtaining forms and filing in compliance with the appropriate State Law. All vendors must adhere to the posted load-in, set-up, and load-out times. Furthermore, I hereby waive any compensation whatsoever for the use of pictures or video production of myself, utilized by those associated with this event, for any profit making at anytime. I have read, understand and agree to abide by the rules associated with the expo events and assume all responsibility and any associated liability for infringement of such rules.
