Event is March 24,2012 – you can arrive the day before and leave after the event on Saturday or stay and return the day after the event. On Sunday By submitting this form I hereby agree to appear March 24,2012 at the University of Michigan Dearborn Field House. I give Stars for Charity Expo and Battle of Detroit and all related entities the use of my pictures in publicity material for this event. I understand I am making an appearance for charity and that I will receive no compensation except transportation, meals and accommodations. I may do a seminar from 9-10am, sell photos or other products that day and keep that money. If collected by the event we will give to you or you may donate those proceeds. Your appearance must be approved and selected by us to receive official celebrity status and any of above. |
