ChakraCize Your Spirit Workshop (1-hour)
Awakening Consciousness to Strengthen your Being while Encouraging Universal Awareness.
This workshop is designed to educate individuals on the importance of keeping their chakra’s balanced. During this workshop each person will gain an understanding of their seven energy centers as well as learn a chakracize that will keep energy flowing freely throughout their body resulting in a more vibrant life.

There will be worksheets that correlate with the chakras and chakracizes. I will also be providing each participant with a goodie bag of stones that associate with the balancing of each chakra.
